The Contracts Agenda is mostly about expanding Pre-K and 3-K.
Items 1, 4, 8 have to do with Special Education.
Item 19 enables $16.5 million over 18 months to fix Air conditioning and heat in schools BUT NOT ON BUSES!
Items 22, 23, 24 are for digital software programs which state they don’t involve AI products.
